Every playlist shows how often it says yes, before you send.
It's the most useful number on every playlist: the share of songs reviewed in the last 90 days that the curator added (wrong-genre calls don't count). It shows “New” until a curator has 10 reviews in that time.
Filter and sort playlists by how often they say yes.

No. You pay for a guaranteed review, not a placement. Every submission gets a written review within 72 hours, or your credits come back. Curators decide freely what they add, and a decline is normal: even great songs don't fit every playlist. You can check each playlist's acceptance rate before you send.
Look at three things before you send. The acceptance rate ("Accepts 40%") is the share of songs reviewed in the last 90 days that a curator added, with wrong-genre calls left out; it shows as New until there are 10 reviews in that time. The health score (0–100) shows how reliably a curator answers on time, writes useful feedback and keeps added songs on the playlist. And genre fit matters most: "Best matches" only lists playlists whose genres match your song, and a playlist that fits your sound is a better bet than a bigger one that doesn't.
Most do. When you add a song you pick the language of its vocals, or Instrumental. Curators choose which languages each playlist accepts: all languages, a few specific ones, or "not relevant" for playlists where vocals don't matter, like lo-fi, ambient or classical. Best matches only lists playlists that take your song's language, each playlist shows what it accepts, and you can filter the market by language. Instrumentals fit everywhere.
The curator adds it to the playlist within 48 hours of accepting, and it must stay for at least 30 days. We keep checking the playlist, and sometimes ask you to confirm it's there. If an accepted song never makes it onto the playlist, we refund your credits automatically.
Only if the review itself broke the rules: the feedback is too short, generic or copy-pasted, isn't about your song, or is rude. Disagreeing with a decline or with the curator's taste isn't a reason. Most refunds need no dispute at all: missed deadlines, wrong-genre calls and songs that were never added are refunded automatically. If a review did break the rules, use "Report a problem" on the review within 7 days. Clear cases are decided automatically by our rules and an AI check, and you can always ask a person to look again through Help. If it's upheld, your credits come back.
Credits are what you use to send a song to a playlist. Each playlist shows what a submission costs before you send, and bigger playlists cost a little more. The smallest pack is 10 credits for $10.00. Credits never expire.
