1. Your role
You are an independent curator, not our employee or agent. You are paid for your time reviewing music: paid to review, never to place. Accepting a song is always your free editorial decision, and you must never accept payment, gifts or favours from artists in exchange for a placement, on or off the platform.
Your public profile (name, logo, bio, "what I'm looking for", tags and your Spotify profile link) must not offer or advertise paid or guaranteed placements, ask artists to contact you for placements, or point to payment handles or pages (for example PayPal.me, Cash App or Venmo). Deals made outside the platform are not allowed. We may remove profile content that breaks this rule, and repeated breaches can lead to suspension.
The Terms of Service apply to you as well as these Curator Terms. If you curate as a business, you confirm that the details you give us about your business are correct.
